Dash Door & Glass was retained by Whiting Turner Construction for the tenant fit-out of the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) Miami.
CIC Miami launched in Building 1 of the University of Miami’s Life Science & Technology Park, requiring public space on the ground floor, co-working on the third floor and premium flexible office on the sixth floor.
Dash Door’s scopes included all interior Glass/Glazing, Contract Door & Hardware as well as electrified Access/Control integration at egress doors.
