Dash Door’s Access Control / Integration Group was contacted by Great Healthworks to furnish and install new access control panels in a centralized location to reduce clutter and confusion in place of an existing system. The new access control system incorporates Access Control Management Software used in conjunction with new door readers ranging from prox, prox & pin, and biometrics per customer’s security requirements.
All existing wiring infrastructure was identified, labeled, and tested for suitability of reuse. While many would simply abandon and replace unknown wiring, Dash Door performed these steps in a successful effort to reduce the cost of ownership of the overall system.
The successful completion of this Great Healthworks 15 door system is being followed by a 2nd project. The modular nature of the system installed by Dash Door will allow full integration to another building location next door.
