Palm Beach – Undisclosed Bank

Client: Undisclosed

Palm Beach, FL

When Dash Door was retainaged to work up a solution to a bank vault man-trap configuration that had malfunctioned, our Access Control Group was unprepared for the mess of “Spaghetti” wiring that was found to be one of the the issues.

Dash Door traced all of the existing wiring to the constituent locking hardware components and updated all Analog Control Modules with a single custom Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with sequence of operation programming.  Finishing touches included RED/YELLOW/GREEN LED light indicators for bank vault guards to know when it was safe and clear to unload the deposits into the vault area.

Details of the sequence of operation are not given here for security considerations; however, a complex and neglected existing condition was turned into a fully functioning secure and code compliant bank vault application.
