Dash Door & Glass | Glass & Glazing Group was retained by Tatro Construction for the phased renovation of the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort lobby and common areas. Scope items included: 2-hour fire-rated specialty glass installation for the new interior atrium wall (previously an exterior elevation), reflective exterior hurricane-impact glazing in hollow metal frames, all-glass sliding doors, exterior cladding, and mirrors. Dash Door & Glass also provided ADA automatic door upgrades for the project.
